Lucky Charm does not offer exchanges or returns of any kind. All of our pieces are collected and made in small quantities to reduce waste and promote slow fashion. If a mistake is made on our end it will be rectified.

Please note that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs we are not liable for the fees.
